Dr Alvarez is an exceptional doctor in every way! I strongly recommend him. My husband and I have been patients for many years.
Professionalism is not a strength of the reception team. Would rather find another healthcare provider than try to schedule another appointment.
Noone should be at a Drs office to hear the staffs personal issues. Noone should be at a Drs office to be acknowledged and still not get greeted. As medical professionals and business owner its imperative that clients are acknowledged, and taken care. I had to wait for this appointment, but I rather go somewhere else where my time is respected, and professionally greeted. The wrong staff will break your business.
