Had a consultation for a root canal. Upon leaving the office I payed my copay of $55 with a debit card. Upon examining my credit report I found a derogatory mark from MR. todds office for the amount of $55 on my credit report. After visiting the office to have the charge removed they tell me that there is no record of me paying. Even after showing the transaction on my debit card was in fact for the copay they are still refusing to remove the copay from collections.
