Hard to reach them
Replace at least one receptionist, who does not get it right. Find someone competent. They do not answer phones, very disorganized. A pretty dismal situation for a long standing business.
I just called this office and someone needs to give the receptionist a lesson on talking professional on the phone not snappy and nasty I should have taped it.
