I've seen Dr. Chen for at least 35 years. He is thorough, compassionate, and kind. May have saved my life twice when the ER chose not to admit me.
My family has gone to his practice for years and he has always been an excellent listener as well as gentle and patient. He always treated me as a full person and was genuinely concerned for my well being. I completely trust his judgement, as he has always done a wonderful job helping me recover from my various ailments over the years.
Terrible office! Went to new office 2 weeks ago to have records for my daughter transferred over to her new doctor. I was told to pay .75 cents approximately a copy for those records so I paid them right then and there. New doctor told me they never received anything so I once again called Dr chens office to follow up and was told the records were sent "lastnight". Poor communication and these people are most definitely not in the best interests of the patient. They care about that insurance and themselves.. Very disappointe... read more
