살면서 처음 이런리뷰를써봅니다.. 싫던좋던 이미 산물건은 리턴을 웬만해선 안하는편인데 어렵게 시도한 환불에 실패했습니다. 끔찍한 경험입니다! 닥터랩에서 산 화장품을 쓰고 얼굴이 전부다 뒤집어졌습니다. 아무화장품을 써도 뾰루지한번 안나는 피부가 이십년만에 첨으로 얼굴전체에 여드름이 자갈처럼 울퉁불퉁, 술마신사람얼굴처럼 제품을 바른 모든부위에 빨갛게 , 두껍게 부어올랐고 눈두덩이는 부어서 2주가 지난 오늘까지도 물집이 생겨서 가렵고 아프고 화장 지울때나 세수할때는 물만 닿아도 쓰라리고 아팠습니다 . 2주전 토너를 사러 매장에 갔는데 제가 원하는 토너는 제껴두고 자꾸 다른 비싼 토너와 고가의 비타민A,B,C를 강력하게 추천을 하면서 어디제품을 쓰냐구 묻길래 아마존에서 비타민 C 를 사서 쓴다고했더니 그런싼제품은 왜쓰냐며 몰아붙이길래 제가 위축이돼서 아마존에서 사서쓰면 얼굴에 안좋은가보다하고 판매원에대한 강한 신뢰를 했습니다 .(나만 믿고 이 비타민A ,B,C 만 써봐요~ 이것만 쓰면 얼굴이 반짝반짝거린다~) 며 지금 쓰고있는 모든제품 스톱하... read more

The person at the store working was rude. There were three of us that walked into the store and the first thing she said to one of us was "ooohhh you have bad acne". This person was not even the one who wanted to purchase something at the store and of course they already know they have acne. It was completely uncalled for the sales representative to make them feel uncomfortable, ashamed, and self-conscious that they currently had acne (she had bad reaction to a face mask and sunscreen so her face broke out).
