DRL cleaned my large wool oriental rug. It came out beautiful and they paid extra attention to fringe which looks amazing. Kyle, in the Woonsocket office. was my contact and he was a pleasure to work with, especially with the challenges of tough winter weather. They delivered very professional service. Thank you
Experience was excellent. The on line scheduling was very easy and a team came out to do measurements, etc. Within 24 hours we had the quote and the work was scheduled later that same week. Very neat, professional and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use DRL Carpet for future projects. Highly recommend!
DRL Carpet: I had some stains on my white bedroom carpeting ( I know buying white carpeting is foolish, but I like it). Both Rafael and Anthony were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job on the bedroom. I was forewarned that one of the stains might not be able to come out, but it is definitely better. All of the others did come out and my rug looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company.
