Working with DRL Carpet was amazing, and I am not the easiest to please. We had a hand-woven carpet that needed to be cut down and serged, to fit a new room. They executed it perfectly - came to my house, gave me a very reasonable quote, took the rug did the work and dropped it back off. Can't say enough good things.
