After being on the waiting list for several months I was called and I booked an appointment several weeks in advance. when I got there i was asked to fill out registration forms and sat there for over thirty minutes just to be told that my appointment was canceled. Receptionist doesn't understand a family doctor and a specialist are not the same thing. I was told I couldn't be registered as a patient cause I had a dr. A specialist. But I told the receptionist I needed a family dr. And set an appointment. But the appointment never happened as I'm on the wait list again, as I have a dr. which I do not. Accepting new patients all the time yet cannot handle/does not care about the patients she has now. This woman’s office hours are 10 AM to 3 PM and takes weeks off at a time. Her practice is a joke! When you finally get an appointment, she is rushing you and doesn’t listen. Step down Dr. Chema, raise your children and do some botox on the side.
Dr. Cheema is my new family physician at the new office here in Port Credit. Doctor Cheema was very patient. She listened carefully to my concern, and I felt genuinely cared for during my appointment. The office is very clean and the staff was courteous. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
