I love the Vanderbilt Clinic. Beautiful building. Clean restrooms. Great doctors and assistants. I never wait but a few minutes before being seen by my doctor. Lots of great primary care doctors, nurses and assistants. Always greeted with a smile by all. Easy to park with lots of parking. It does have handicap parking and entrance. My husband's new oncologist is in this building, everyone is very nice and act like they care about you.
This has been the best clinic for my family many different offices located at one place.. We love our doctors, nurses, and staff. Welcoming environment usually in and out quickly.
Very unprofessional. Was referred here for a follow up as I had pneumonia and needed to get it checked to see if I need more antibiotics or if it had spread. They cancel my appointment 30 mins prior as I’m already on the way there, then say they can’t schedule me for 3 more weeks. So in 3 weeks not one doctor can take 15 mins to check to make sure my pneumonia hasn’t spread as I was scheduled an urgent appointment in the first place? This office has gone from a (5) star Drs. Office since Dr. Clark retired were you got the best care because he truly did care about his patients!!! We miss you Dr Jack Clark hope you're doing well love you to the end of time ,best doctor I've ever had !!! To A (O) star therapy session talking about how my car is running or if and when they call your medication in to the pharmacy they forget half of it making your meds late,it's Time to Go !!!
