The owner is very accommodating. My husband got my engagement ring there, and I absolutely love it. He helped him through the whole process, and it turned out beautiful. I had to go back once he proposed and get my ring sized. It was done super quick and fits perfectly! I'll be going here for all my jewelry needs!
I took a very small white gold chain in recently that needed a new lobster clasp, also very small!! Was almost 2 weeks before I got a call that it was ready and when I went to pick it up, with tax, the repair was $52 and change! I wish I had told him to keep it! I was in shock!! Never, ever again!! I could have bought that same change brand new for less than that!! Will never return or recommend!
