I have chronic pelvic pain since undergoing bilateral inguinal hernia surgery with James Lim 9 years ago. I went back to him a couple of times, but he said my pain wasn't because of the surgery. Strange because it started immediately after the surgery. Apparently just a coincidence. He didn't warn me of any of the risks, but a handout he gave me said that chronic nerve pain could happen. GP referred me to Associate Professor Dr Gananadha, having reviewed scan and blood test results. She told me to call his rooms as soon as I got home because she considered the matter urgent. Called and was told he was away but I could see DR Lim on April 16. I wrote that in diary AS I was being spoken to. I could only find 2 reviews for him and they were good and also he operated on my daughter in the Public Hospital a few months before. I called again to ask about fees for DR LIM.
