We recently had DRJ Catering for our event and could not be more impressed. The whole pig was truly exceptional—our guests, many of whom are serious pork lovers, said it was the best pork they’ve ever had in their lives. David and DRJ Catering were a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend them for a party. They made the planning easy by helping with menu selections, and managed the event very smoothly! We hired them for a pig roast, and the pork, sauces and other dishes were all delicious. Thank you for a great event!

The Ozark Sportsmen Club and the NJ Chapter of Heroes on the Water wish to thank DRJ Catering for providing an awesome whole pig for our annual Greater Saltwater Open picnic. David and Regina are a pleasure to work with. They arrived early to the event to finish cooking the pig, which was done to perfection, moist and delicious. The homemade BBQ sauces were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any event and look forward to working with them in the future.
DRJ catering was an easy choice for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! They helped make the event truly festive! The chef and server were friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was seamless and I’d definitely use them again!
