DRJ Catering transformed my backyard barbecue into a delicious food fest! The family gathering began with appetizers which included perfectly-sized crab cakes and clams on the half shell which were shucked in front of my guests. Needs to learn how to drive so they can get to events!
We hired DRJ Catering for our son's first birthday party. The owners, David and Regina have a great reputation, so going with DRJ for our celebration was an easy choice! We went with a Hawaiian Luau BBQ theme and pig roast, and David made it so easy to customize the food menu to our liking. On the day of our event, Regina arrived early to prep and set up. David was amazing and I highly recommend this company! The pig was BEYOND delicious. We did a pig roast for roughly 60 people . The rubs and sauce were mouth watering. Highly Highly recommend !!!!! 5 stars !
We recently worked with DRJ to plan a catered celebration...very easy to work with! The food was delicious and day-of service was great and professional. We look forward to working with David and his team again!
