Rodney came out to check a crawlspace issue discovered during some HVAC work. He gave me honest answers that the issue isn't effecting the structure of the house and the original the original crawlspace waterproofing measures were adequate. He also gave me a simple solution for the issue that will take me about an hour to handle instead of overpaying him or another contractor to take care of it.
In the last 3 days we have had 9 inches of rain according to our rain gauge. Our basement is dry!!!! Before our waterproofing, I would have spent the last 3 days vacuuming and bailing out the basement! Money well spent. Thank you Rodney! Instead of suffering in the basement, I am enjoying a glass of wine and waiting on Jeopardy!
