Customer service here is beyond fabulous. They are very trustworthy. I left my carry-on in the truck by accident called picked it up the next morning everything was there. I needed to make changes to my contract they gladly helped me it was a few days later they are wonderful so very helpful. They were the airport to pick me up on time as a matter fact I left them (patiently) waiting. Would rent from them anytime and everytime.
I wanted to pass along a huge thank you to the Driving Force team in Grande Prairie. Everyone was incredible to deal with—helping answer all my questions, getting us into a great vehicle, and presenting options that ensured my family and I could get home safely. We really appreciate everything!
Great customer service. Vehicle was incredible and high quality for the price. We will definately call Driver Force again when we need a rental and encourage others to experience a great service.
