Don't trust this company! I cancelled my shipping and requested a refund. For 30 days, they promised it was in process and to call my Bank. STILL no refund. Today, Katherine advised no refund would be issued. Lie after Lie after Lie. If shipping a car, buyer beware.
I worked with Katherine and she was extremely helpful and kept me on point with when the transportation was happening and followed through. The thing I really loved about her was that she was available 24/7. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to haul a vehicle.
I got in contact with Mark. He scheduled a pick up in Chicago, Illinois to Phoenix Arizona he charged me 1100 total and he told me he needed 300 for him to get the vehicle picked up. The vehicle got picked up a Tuesday got dropped off a Friday once it got dropped off Friday they charged me $800 through Zelle. After getting a bate and switch pricing from another company (more than doubles the quote the day of pickup), we searched the BBB and found Driving America Auto Transport. We were in a jam because we need the car delivered by a certain date. Justin assured me they would take care of us and get our car picked up quickly. I had Justin who was very helpful from the beginning, we had a easy set up… once set up, I was put in communication with Katherine who was giving me all the information, making sure the the process continued smoothly, and even my driver Sino notified me about everything, I was given email receipts of everything, very professional, great service! 10/10 recommend
