THIS PROCESS COULD NOT BE ANY EASIER!!!! After getting approved the Whip Fam had me in a 2023 Tesla Model 3 within HOURS! This company is deserving of more than 5 stars! So happy to be a part of the Whip Team!
The worst place to go to. Everytime I come here it's always something. My appointment was at 10am and left at 2;. I pick up my son everyday at 2:20pm and needed to pick him up today. Which I was late picking up my kid. It's not fair because anything can happened to my kid and I will be responsible due to drive whip making me late to pick him up. They don't even tell you when they will be longer than 2 hours so you can make other plans. It's not fair pay all this money and can't get good customer service.

They WILL go up & beyond to make sure you understand & are comfortable in the decision you make. Jay specifically has been insightful & helpful along the way. TERRIBLE experience that started off well. I rented from drive whip a few months back. Pickups and payments were easy. They were very responsive when it came to accepting payments and getting service done on the vehicle. However I was t-boned in an accident and that’s where things went haywire. The one rep I spoke to via text was nagging me about an invoice a day after the accident. I let that slide and continued communication with them.
