Excellent service! I've been with them for 2 consecutive years and couldn't be happier. Customer service is truly top-tier—a special shoutout to Todd and Yameliz, who always go above and beyond. Plus, they are completely transparent with no hidden fees. Hands down the best company out there. Highly recommended!

I like this leasing company- specifically the Rockville location Initially I was given a poorly maintained car, but after talking to the manager Malcolm, he rectified and addressed every issue I had. I appreciate a company that holds themselves accountable. This is a great location and I’d come back again. Thank you Malcolm & Rockville Drive Whip for such professional & courteous customer service.
So I went to the drive whip Atlanta location to see about possibly renting from the company but customer service from the first person I interacted with was terrible! NAIA has the WORST customer service. She is not helpful nor does she have any type of people skills. I also have witnessed her interact with other customers and she talks to them crazy to say the least.
