Jacob was responsive until we had an issue with the sealing. The driveway started cracking about a week after he sealed it. I sent pictures. There was no warranty, but he said that he'll make an exception and take care of the cracks next season. We agreed. I called him next season. He kept saying he'd come. He never came. After 5-6 attempts, I had enough. The last time I called, he asked me to remind him how much he quoted me to fix the cracks?! I wish he just said he couldn't do it from the start.
