Garrett and James are the best, lot guy is ok too
Very happy with my purchase at this dealership. The salesman’s name was “Price”. He was exceptional. He answered all my questions and helped me with anything I needed. Got a great deal on the car I wanted. I did the financing with Eli, which was excellent. Thoroughly explained all the options available. I would highly recommend this dealership, and ask for “Price”!
I was very happy to have my SUV delivered to me today. Kevin was great and helped getting me in a car when I am going through a messy break up and finance not great.
Not impressed with them at all my fiance has all electrical issues and because I referred him I was suppose to get a referral bonus of $300 and still yet to be received and also being ignored by the car sales man named Kevin if you want a good car and that’s worth your money don’t come here go else where.. also when my fiance and I were there waiting for the car we heard one employee mention the car needed body work and the other guys said just put it on the market anyways not the place you want to get a car from
I highly recommend drive town Ottawa for all your used car purchases, used cars bought in like new condition. Garrett and Hassan did a wonderful job guiding my purchase, explaining the breakdown of every cost a long the way. Would go back
