My son just bought his first car here and everything was smooth and easy, with hassle-free communication and fair negotiation. Sylvia was very welcoming and professional and saw things through from start to finish. I'm a bit of a car nut myself and was sure to look for specific details on this car and it seems really clean and was a great purchase. Thanks to the team and especially to Sylvia!
Wish we could do less than 1 start. They are scammers, lied about vehicle being certified then tampered with sensor box prior to returning to us. Now vehicle does not run at all. When we do get in touch with them they are extremely rude. We are collecting information from other unhappy customers and filing a class action suit against them. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!
I got a really good deal on the car I've always wanted. The staff are great and very welcoming, and they will 100% take their time to help you find what you're looking for. I've been to multiple dealerships, but many lack the familiarity and courtesy that Drive Town Ottawa has.
