First time purchasing a car and both Eli and Shan were great at providing customer service. Shan showed me the cars functions and was with me when I test drove it, answering my questions to satisfaction. Eli helped break down the financing costs and explained the entire process thoroughly. I should be expecting the vehicle soon and Im very excited to travel in it.
Shan was very helpful in showing me the vehicle I was interested in that I saw on the website, we went for a test drive and he was knowledgeable of the area and where to make turns to go back down Bank St. I'm happy with the service DriveTown provides, it was a quick turn around with the finance manager Hassan ensuring that I felt welcome and made sure that I was happy with the vehicle and extended warranty.
