Im going to open this up with how I should have been more of an advocate to the situation and pushed to have someone I trusted inspect it before, and after purchase. With that said, buying from a dealership who advertised a vehicle being sold to you safetied and then delivering said vehicle with an illegally passed safety is beyond me.
