Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. The customer service I received was unprofessional and not respectful. Based on my experience, I would not consider returning in the future.
When we picked up the car, it was not properly cleaned, which we pointed out to the salesperson at the time. However, we managed to clean it ourselves. We also noticed a few scratches on the bonnet that appeared to have been covered with polish. After 2 days, after rained, these marks became much more visible. Not a great experience. I’d strongly recommend getting a reliable third-party pre-purchase inspection before agreeing to anything, and waiting for the inspection results before paying a deposit.
