Gave a deposit back in April, and didnt get my car for several months later. Mark is by far the most dishonest sales person. He finessed me out more money than he should have and never had clear communication the whole process of me buying my car. Even after getting my car I was promised things that I paid for and he couldn’t deliver. He has not returned any of my texts since driving my car off the lot. Terrible sales man and I would NOT recommend him to nobody.
They sold me a Lemon have had nothing but problems with the car from day one and they truly don’t even care they will leave you to figure everything out on your own run from here 😡
I am not the type of person to write paragraphs or leave feedbacks, however I would like people to have knowledge of this… This guy mark is the goofiest salesperson I’ve ever had to deal with. 2 years ago, I purchased a vehicle from this guy, mark, along with a few additional add ons (GAP insurance, warranty, etc). Last November in 2023, I had called my GAP company to have them pay the outstanding balance on my vehicle… I eventually find out by a representative that my GAP had been cancelled by Mark a month after my vehicle ... read more
