The manager at DriveTime on Camelback in Phoenix has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service. They handed me two key fobs, one didn’t work, and instead of fixing the issue, he kept switching up the story. First it was “the battery,” then after changing it and realizing that wasn’t the problem, he suddenly claims they’re “only supposed to give one anyway.” Then he tries to act like giving me half a tank is some kind of gift. These people make no sense at all I walked their dealership parking lot five different times nobody wanted to come out and say hi my name is Joe blow if you need any help let me know but they want to call me six to seven different times. But when I was on their lot they didn't want to say anything to me so please make this make sense to me because it doesn't I'm at your place of business trying to buy something you don't want to acknowledge me but you want to call me and see when I'll come in
