If I could Drivetime 0 then I would. First the Midlothian, VA location is full of bs and they lie to you about getting a car. How do you get approved for a car, then lie about DMV has a requirement that is needed from me. Nick and Brandon are full bs and as a customer I should have been treated a lot better than what they are giving me. They never called me back after leaving messages to return my calls. Nothing at all and I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

I was a potential customer of Drive Time on Colin Drive Antioch TN. I was sorely disappointed that Drive Time does NOT certify these vehicles. The cars we looked at had not been serviced even for ensuring the battery was good, and brakes were worn. Yet, they want a big down payment on these awful cars. I could have kept going to Mom & Pop car lots for cars on this level. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Home office has a don't care attitude and they will mislead you to get you in the office

They’ve sold me a stolen vehicle. I’ve never had hand cuffs placed on me let alone been to jail. This has been by far the worst situation I’ve ever encountered. I’m disgusted and humiliated. I have no car to get to work or take my children to school.

Even if Drivetime is your only option DO NOT buy from these people. Take the bus, stack up your money and buy a used car outright for a few thousand. You will save yourself so much trouble
