Be careful what they are saying. They will try to trick you. Seriously. Be careful with what they tell you. They will try to mislead you. They offered us a “free” warranty, but it was actually added into the contract for an extra $5,000. After we realized this and tried to address it, the sales representatives and their manager, Grdit, acted as if it was somehow our fault for being misled. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. I believe I was dealing with Tan the car guy according from google search. I called Tan and texted him to get updates and Nothing, no answer, no call back, no reply. They will block you and ghost you if you do not get approved. Very unprofessional. “JUNK” I will gladly bring my new co signer to a different dealership who knows how to treat people with respect and knows how to gain trust. They are straight up liars.
