They have fair prices and awesome customer service before you sign the paperwork. When you have a problem with the vehicle you purchase they cannot be found. The vehicle I bought had a zip tie on the thermostat which in turn overheated and the engine blew. No help to be found. The extended warranty I paid almost 3000.00 for refused to pay. One star is too high. If you have experienced similar circumstances you can report them to the BBB, the Attorney General of Texas the Texdot.
The initial visit was good when the office was still open in Taylor. Walked and test drove the car pretty quickly. Felt and saw the brakes need to be done so we left the car with them to fix Came back to pickup car after work was done but noticed a check engine light so we left the vehicle with them. I got a car here March 2025 they said all fluids was topped off that wasn't true. I got a complete vehicle check and so much was wrong with it front and rear brakes, axels, cv joints, bad tires and more i tried contacting and was told someone would reach out and nobody has i called again another day and straight to voicemail. I've already spent so much trying to fix it and more keeps breaking down.
I would like to put no stars, but I need to report, so I need to put at least 1 star. I purchased a used 2017 Fiat 500x for $1,200 (down payment) from DriveSimple dealership located in Taylor, Texas. After only 2.5 weeks of use, I discovered numerous serious defects in the vehicle which significantly impair its safe operation and roadworthiness. Edit: Place sucks, sold me a warranty that doesn't cover anything. Now I'm out $3000 and nobody answers the phone.
