Bought a car and after signing the papers was told that it only comes with one key, but don't worry, you can buy extra lost key insurance for $800. I bought the dumb insurance and discovered it only covers lost keys, not keys that were never received. The sales guy actually was coaching me how to deceive the insurance to get scratched wheels and missing keys replaced. No integrity.
