Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I bought an Infiniti FX50S from Driverz Auto last year, and it has been one problem after another. They claimed the battery was new, but it wasn’t. Only three days later, the radiator broke (they replaced it), which should never happen on a “fully inspected” vehicle. Soon after, I had to replace the bushings and upper arms, and now I’ve discovered that the winter tires they provided are also broken. Although I did not buy a car here. I had a very positive experience dealing with three employees: Josh, Jack and Steve. They are not pushy, they ask if you have questions, they let you go for test drives. I would highly recommend buying from them.
Bought a car and after signing the papers was told that it only comes with one key, but don't worry, you can buy extra lost key insurance for $800. I bought the dumb insurance and discovered it only covers lost keys, not keys that were never received. The sales guy actually was coaching me how to deceive the insurance to get scratched wheels and missing keys replaced. No integrity. Well turns out no one has heard of or wants to deal with this insurance company so I have to pay for new key out of pocket as well. Another thing... read more
