I can’t say enough good things about Ashley A. From the VW dealership. I came into look at a vehicle and I knew it wasn’t big enough. A day or so later she messaged me with 3 option that she felt would be a better fit. And within 2 days we drove off in a new suv. She took the time to listen. And took even more time to find something that was right for our family. She was absolutely amazing!

Recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to to replace the 2015 I bought new from them 11 years ago. In general, it was a positive experience. I worked with Aiden to negotiate a fair price to the point I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. DV has been great to work with. On my way home, I realized I forgot a few things. I’ve been a commercial customer of Drivers Village for over 10 years and have purchased multiple vehicles through them. Unfortunately, my recent service experience has been extremely disappointing. In June 2025, I reported a failed AC compressor on my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500. The earliest appointment available was late August.
