Stefan Malinchoc was incredibly helpful at fixing my broken fob for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. He did detail work at fixing the connector between the lock and unlock buttons and glued the connector back in perfectly. His boss was very helpful at asking if he or I needed any help with the fix.
