James Clark was an excellent salesman. He was patient, informative and was extremely kind. I thought I'd only get into a pre-owned car and he got me into a brand new one. After my truck engine failing out of nowhere, I was very reluctant to purchase a new vehicle. I loved my truck and had a really hard time letting go of it.
