Terrible customer service! I called to make an appointment for my 2023 grand wagoneer that is under warranty. The vehicles carpets are soaked, there is water coming in from the sunroof drains or the hvac system, and I was treated with complete indifference. I pulled 5 beach towels worth of water out of the 3rd row floor alone! The water is flooding all the way back to the trunk where the jack is…. Excellent experience!! Smooth, easy transaction. My salesperson Jeffrey Werchinski was friendly, helpful and kept in communication from start to finish. Between Jeff, and the sales manager Fish, all my questions were answered and they followed up after the sale to make sure all was good. I drove 50 minutes from Utica to get to Driver’s Village. Definitely worth it.
