I’m rating this with one star because I have to. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB. We bought a 2022 VW Tiguan in November, 2025. Here we are, 10 months later and many, many quarts of oil later, still waiting for it to be fixed. The cylinder head needs to be replaced. We have been told the part is on order and can take 6 months to come in and we’re being told it can take up to a year. Very pleasant and efficient. I was in for one of the prepaid oil changes on my vehicle. Checking in was simple, quick, and the visit was timely. In and out in just about an hour--tire rotation and car wash included. Yay!
