Yesterday I picked up my new 2025 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop that I purchased last Saturday. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kyle O and Matt G for the purchase of this new vehicle. I highly recommend you go see them at DV!
Unfortunately the vehicle that was interesting to see from the website, and made an appointment to see, was not available to look at ! It was on a lift repairing a series of Issues. And there is a problem with that car's registration ? Yes. So, well, what's up with that? We have had good results with this location before, so this time it's questionable. There's more fish in the sea.
Went in for oil change Went very well They noticed a tail light was out a really laced in at no charge to me I thought that was very nice of them A small gesture and goes a long way
Horrible absolutely horrible experience with service center paid for services that should have been covered under warranty
