Purchased a vehicle a week ago brought it back today because the front end shakes like crazy when you apply the brakes and there’s a noise in the back end …service in used car was willing to take it for a test drive until some dude named Farris walks up and tells them absolutely not I must make an appointment. Jameel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommend this dealership.
It's a huge old mall with any dealer you would need. The experience of making the deal has been a bit shaky. They do truly try to get it done in a timely manner in my opinion though they have alot on their plate to manage and they could use a solid plan of action incase there is a hick up. Other than that our salesman is a great guy and has gone above and beyond to make sure we know how the steps are going.
