So we purchased a vehicle through this dealership and the experience was less than stellar. We put our $500 deposit down on the car. Paid with a cashier's check for the vehicle when we came to pick it up. We're told the final payment for the amount of the check. Found out they didn't deduct the $500 deposit we made on it initially. They said, "No problem. We'll reimburse you in 7-10 days." That came and went and so husband called to ask where it was. They didn't send it, but they'll send it and it would be 5-7 business days.... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Ashley A. From the VW dealership. I came into look at a vehicle and I knew it wasn’t big enough. A day or so later she messaged me with 3 option that she felt would be a better fit. And within 2 days we drove off in a new suv. She took the time to listen. And took even more time to find something that was right for our family. She was absolutely amazing!
