Driver Village warehouse customer service is terrible
Beware…. Stay away from David Shaw at the commercial division. $80k for an unfit van and they won’t even warranty the up-fits. Known issues on a brand new truck during test drive here we are 4 months later and no communication or even a care in the world to get things fixed and was told they don’t work on the upfit bodies. They pushed me into a deal to get it off the lot with promised to fix issues. Just another business out there that can’t stand behind what they sell or even work on it. Called Today 4/7/20..cant get through. On hold..called 15 minutes later..on hold. They are open. No business can operate this way ! Why would I buy a car here? Let alone get it serviced! They are Not busy and do not answer the phone..WANK OFF! SUN AUTO HERE I COME!
