Had a great sales experience, right up to delivery. Then we had it couple questions about items that seemed to be missing and it was crickets. We've made several phone calls, unanswered, and no return calls. We stopped in a couple times and were able to corner someone and get some lip service, but no follow up. Mind you my wife and my mother-in-law both bought brand new Pacificas, so this wasn't a small sale.
