I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the vehicle service. I was forced to go back here due to the warranty agreement. My car was there for 8 days with zero updates for a repair I was told should take one day, despite multiple calls. When I showed up, my contact was missing and no one knew where my car was—or had any of the necessary paperwork.
