Honestly, I have never dealt with a business that is more shady & does not care about their customers more. We specially asked for a suburban for a ride to JFK because we had several large bags & 4 people.. this was confirmed when my husband booked, and he called 2 other times before the day we needed the ride to confirm the vehicle type & time again..
