Owner operator Earl Smith was paid to do body work on my car. He told me I would have my car back in a couple of weeks. He has had my car since Nov of 2020. He has not returned my vehicle to me nor has he answered my phone calls. Earl Smith has seemingly stolen my car. I'm having to seek professional help in assistance me with obtaining my vehicle. Warning beware of this facility.
Absolutely terrible they have had my car since may 10th 2022 and have not completed the work. Can't get Earl or Mary his partner on the phone ever. Lie lie lie everytime you text them we are getting you done. They will send you a minor photo when 98% of the work has not been done. Terrible people to do business with please stay far away. Mr . Earl and Mrs Mary must realize that Memphis customers are different than Rossville, Tennessee customers are, we expect and demand excellence and honesty from start to finish
