BEWARE!! TECH CHANGED THE SETTINGS ON MY COMPUTER SYSTEM TO TRY TO GET WORK DONE We live close to their shop and had vehicle inspections and oil changes done there. No repair work, they just aren't qualified. I may be a female senior citizen but have been a gearhead from the 60's and am not stupid about cars, as they seem to think. Had a problem with my headlamp switch and a/c. Driver's picked up my vehicle and did the repairs same day. Parts needed were shown on bill plus labor. My first time here and I would definitely recommend them.
I had a bad experience that was not resolved with this company. A visit here cost me an additional $400 in repairs at another repair place. (At the time of writing this) This company has numerous complaints with the BBB and is not an accredited BBB business. I would not recommend Auto Answers South Shore location.
