I went to this place because at first glance it looks clean and professional and it was close to my house. My father (who is disabled from multiple strokes and is SS income only and Im a disabled Iraq war vet) noticed he car driving a little funny. Can't Even do Simple Oil Change I have been going to this place since 2009 when I purchased my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. The truck came with 5w20 oil so I wanted to keep 5w20. I went in today and viewed a copy of my maintenance report and discovered they had been using 10w30 for the past 3 year with my oil changes. When I voiced my disappointment to the GM he didn't care. He simply argued with me on the type of oil to use in MY TRUCK. If asked for 5w20 and paid for 5w20...then give me 5w20. You can't even trust these people ... read more

Run and dont look back – Just a basic oil change please after a drilling sales pitch for 15 minutes and repeating myself several times. I finally got the oil change then another drilling pitch, then told the rear main seal on my truck was leaking and they could repair it for 900$, very well knowing that repair is covered by warranty at dealership . Again and again I said "no Thanks ". Finally got my truck back only to realize they picked up a bolt in my tire so then they repaired it with a plug !! Drove directly to the deale... read more

Remarkable Service – I have been a repeat customer at Drivers Auto for years and have never thought about going anywhere else for my auto repair needs. Amazing Customer Service – Took my car to Drivers Auto Repair for a brake job they got me in and out of there in no time, the staff was very professional and courteous never have I had service like this at a repair shop before.

Professional Repair Shop – Brought my car in due to a screeching sound coming from my car. There were a few customers in front of me, so the manager offered me a ride back to my house so I didn't have to sit and wait for the estimate in the shop. They called me back about an hour later with the cost and the cause of the problem, turns out 2 belts needed to be replaced and they told me could have it fixed in a couple of hours and they would come pick me up once the service was completed I agreed to let them do the work. similar experience – Price quote was WAY out of line--over $1400 for repairs that ended up costing me less than half that elsewhere. Worse, once they had my keys, their "FREE ESTIMATE" cost me three hours' charges.

RUN!!! – I called in to schedule service and was greeted with warmth and made aware they would provide a ride home even though it was just a simple oil change. I thought that was very generous. I went with a coupon, which was the same sale advertised on sign near road for an oil change on the most simple and standard of cars. The joker at the register said my car used the same filter like that of a cadillac and the price would be more $15 more. Didn't buy it, left and took my business for full price service elsewhere.
