They will go out of their way to help you. They will drive you home if needed while the shop is busy. Just communicate with their manager or lead tech. Very understanding for your time. If you'd rather wait, they have a waiting room that is kept clean with magazines and TV, there is even an outlet with you need to charge your phone or tablet to keep you occupied when you wait.
Good customer service
Had auto body repair work done in old town Katy and long story short the front cowling came off and was dragging on the ground. The guys at Drivers helped me out with some temporary repairs no charge so I could get home and work on it without destroying the front end. You don't see that kind of customer service and willingness to help very often. Thank You Drivers Auto!
The service is great, fast and professional.
I bought an oriole change package because they were just a couple miles from the house. Then they close that location. So I went to another location that’s 10 miles from the house. Now they just close that location.
