Couldn't have been a better experience.. Alex was very professional and kind. I was given a substantially higher amount for my 2018 Jeep than the trade in value offered by two other dealerships. Best way to sell a vehicle. No hassle. Straightforward. Great Experience!

Poor experience! It started out good. I met Alex of Driveo at Mac Haik dealership to have my 2025 Lincoln Aviator appraised. After reaching what I considered a fair deal, I signed the title over, completed the paperwork and a check from Mac Haik was issued on the spot in about 20 minutes. Easy and quick process. Fair pricing -- beat the dealership trade-in offer by a mile. Alex and Adrian were great to deal with. Would not hesitate to sell a car through Driveo again.
Poor experience! It started out good. I met Alex of Driveo at Mac Haik dealership to have my 2025 Lincoln Aviator appraised. He told me on the phone that he would cover an Uber home if we reached a deal. This is not true, he will "order" an Uber ride for you but he will discreetly charge it to your Uber account.
