Typical bait-and-switch tactics; I shouldn’t have known better as soon as I found out this place was a dealership. Original offer was too good to be true. I had confirmed appointment and drove all the way over from downtown San Antonio and “Joe” apparently left early for the day and told the receptionist he texted me (which he did not). Luckily another manager then appraised the car, but for $1,600 less than they quoted me and said they had to do a costly “special cleaning” because I had a dog and hair was present. I got an online quote that was very generous and $100 less then my payoff amount. I went in ready to pay the extra $100. I went to Driveo at North Park in Castroville and met with Joe. He was so kind, professional and understanding. He actually raised his offer to meet my payoff. He made sure I had a ride home and took care of everything. I can not tell you how amazing this process is. If I could give Joe a million stars I would.
Joe from Driveo is simply a marvelous guy who is a thorough gentleman. They offered me a over market value and made the process easy breezy. They even paid me on the spot and for my Uber ride back home which was 40 miles away! Driveo and Northpark Chevrolet staff is a marvelous team. Deal with Joe and he will keep his word and treat you right!
