They offered me $18110 for my car knowing the Texas zip code I entered. Apparently local market value is not actually figured into your quote like they say. I drove an hour and a half to Pasadena only to be offered $15000 because “the software calculates offers based on California market” and they can’t honor that original quote even though there were no deductions for my vehicle condition. Just nearly $3000 less because we aren’t in California. Very deceptive and a waste of my time. Would never recommend Driveo due to this.
Don’t waste your time here. Bait and Switch. Online offer was for several thousand more. Drive over an hour for the appointment and they offer less. Was told quote was for California car market and not Texas. Mac Haick ford should be ashamed to do business with Driveo.
I sold my 2013 Ford Escape today and the entire experience from getting a quote to scheduling my appointment to signing paperwork and receiving a check in hand was seamless. I appreciate the time and consideration that was given to me by Madeline. She was fantastic! She even gave me an Uber Ride home for free. I highly recommend them. They gave me the best competitive offers, as well.
