Hired a campervan in Vegas to drive through southern Utah, and the experience was fantastic. The vehicle was clean, comfy and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Rented a camper van from here and had the worst experience! There was the most dreadful smell in the fridge we literally couldn’t use it! Anything in there tasted like the bad smell! Then we had two bad leaks overnight and when we came back a few days early, we were told they would assess the vehicle and get back to us. They closed our case without contacting us and after chasing for weeks to find the right people to speak to, we were denied a refund and told the vehicle didn’t have any leaks.
