2012 Jeep Liberty 100,000 miles. $7,500 w down and total payments ; on time, auto pay. never missed a payment. then heater went out, alternator went out, fuel pump went out. $2000 to fix. asked what can they can do to help me.. trade in ? not a damn thing. oh and there is a GPS KILL SWITCH on all their vehicles. if that GPS shorts out (that went out on me also) YOUR CAR WON'T START ! they activated the GPS Killswitch midday on my payment day.. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, pricing was fair, the staff treats you like family!
I admit they have great vehicles. But sadly they use credit acceptance corporation. Probably approved but a 10,000. Vehicle will cost you 30.000. Or more before pay off..when credit gets better, they won't refinance. Want to increase your payment....good...but they won't take it off your principle. Bottom line. A vehicle they sell with credit Corp. On a 3 year contract will cost you more than 30,000
