Had a great experience with Cordia who organized my business loan. I needed paperwork to give the bank that my loan with Driven had been paid off. I had to deal with Jaylisa multiple times and she was so rude and ignorant. I have never dealt with someone so rude and condescending. Because of this, I will never use Driven again. Don’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to speak with people.
Grove Mechanical has used Driven for a couple of business loans now, and I couldn’t be happier. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything moved fast.
