This place and the team are the best! Super dependable, consistent, honest, and fair. I bought an e bike 8-9 months ago here and have had to bring it in several times for general maintenance (flat tires, etc) and they’re always very friendly and quick. Best place for an e-bike in OC!
The people that work here are so nice I had an issue with my bike that I couldn't fix and they couldn't fix but they also inspected the whole bike without even charging us I would definitely recommend this place.
Best bike shop in SoCal. We own three of the Driven models and use them everyday. Locally owned and family owned. Customer service is unbeatable.
