5 stars all around for Driven Bikes. Ben, the owner, was extremely helpful from start to finish. He’s super knowledgeable and informative, but never came across like a pushy salesman trying to upsell me. Instead, he actually took the time to help me find the right e-bike for what I wanted and how I planned to ride. Even after the purchase, the customer service stayed top notch. I simply can't recommend Driven any more highly ... they are phenomenal. I have an e-bike from another local company (no longer in business) and the battery stopped working. I took to an different e-bike repair shop and - after 10 days - was told that the battery needed to either be replaced or rebuilt at a cost of over $600. Thereafter, I took my bike to Driven ... 15 minutes later and at a cost of TWENTY dollars Ben & his team had it working great. You ever wanna meet and deal with some super great guys, go seek help here. The helped me get another bike charger and I actually had the wrong one. The replacement was far less. There competitor's charged me 5$ for the nut that held my peddle on and I shoulda done it myself, but I didn't have that allan and they charged me 15$ for a few minute fix!! These guys here seem awesome and I'm going there only!! Thanx Ben and Joey!!
