This has been a very very tumultuous experience for myself and my family. The ReBuild NC program is a JOKE. There are several contractors, such a Driven Contractors that are not doing their jobs. NC ReBuild allows these entities to talk to us absolutely any kind of way, without fully listening to or considering both sides of the story. I would not recommend this company nor the ReBuild organization to anyone, anywhere at all.
