Wonderful customer service, was finishing a reasonable time and very well taken care of thank you guys so much for all you doÂ
Terrible customer service. Jose was the only good one to help me get the stuff out of my new car after they destroyed it unnecessarily. It had way more taken off than needed to be taken off. They don’t tell you they take parts off not even related to where your car is damaged. Had to keep calling and asking for updates. Poor communication. Never again will I go here. This was my biggest regret in life. My car was drivable before this and now I don’t have one because of these monsters.Â
DRIVEN was fantastic to work with. They were able to give me an estimate same day as requested and quick to order parts and get my car back to me same day as drop off. Very happy with service.Â
