Very professional, quick service. From Casey at the front desk to Robert, the adjuster, I was treated with respect & very clear communication. I had my car back in 8 days, in perfect condition & cleaner than when I left it there. This is my second experience with Collision & though I hope I don't need them again, this is where I'd go.Â
The whole team was great. Robert kept me posted on each and every work that has been done. They handled all the insurance work which is very convenient. The work was prompt and top-notch. Even went above and beyond to help me with my other requests and recommendations. Highly recommend this companyÂ
I've had ceramic coating and body work done at Driven and have been absolutely happy with both of them. This is actually the first body shop experience I have had that was what I except from a body shop, a clean, repaired vehicle. Every other body shop, I have had to return the vehicle for it to actually be finished or have not picked them up. The ceramic coating turned out amazing as well! I will continue to use Driven for vehicles in the future for sure!Â
