The service I received from the Puyallup location was amazing. Robert kept me updated every step of the way. The communication both by phone and email was clear and concise. I apologize I can’t remember the name of the employee that handled the reception desk but she was very friendly both in person and on the phone. Getting rear-ended and having to deal with the at fault driver was a pain but Paramount Centre at least made it less painful getting my vehicle repaired. I ended up not using this shop, however, i did appreciate the honest answers and telling me the truth about my vehicle and what I should expect from other shops. That honesty and integrity goes a long way. Would definitely recommend this shop!Â
