I spoke with Jake at Driven. He scheduled me right away. The day of my appointment, he and his partner were very kind and polite when I dropped off my car. Shortly after, I got a call saying that the part that need work was recalled and that I could take it to a dealer and it would likely be replaced for free. I am so impressed by their honesty, transparency, and how quick they were. I would definitely go back for any future work!

Best mechanics in Washington NC. Troy and Jake have been servicing my vehicle since opening their shop. Every issue with my vehicle has been repaired by them and cost wise always very reasonable. Preventive Maintenance is always best for a reliable vehicle
