I had a great experience at Driven Auto Care. I brought my Mercedes in for service, as well as my other car, and they did a very great job on both. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased. The customer area had a nice feel to it. Well thought out for the customer to relax in. Arun at the front desk was very informative. Told me exactly what needed to be done to my car and explained in detail what the technician would be doing. Arun gave me an accurate quote up front. The total cost of the service done was very reasonable. Because it was going to take a couple of hours, Arun provided me with a drop off and pick up service which I liked. Very professional, impressed with the status report that was send to me with pics. The only glitch was the pics, I would have to back out of the status report to see individual pics. However the pricing does scares me a bit where I am gun shy of dropping off my car for simple things. The afraid of being paid a lot.
Detailed pre-purchase inspection in the time promised -- very satisfied. Identified bodywork done that was otherwise invisible.
