First time visiting Driven Auto Care and super impressed by the: 1)process they have setup to schedule service 2) professionalism and expertise of their techs 3) knowledge of various makes and models and value They are definitely well versed in the BMW realm but Dillon is also looking after my older W219 Mercedes CLS550. The Driven Auto Care team is awesome. They are very good at providing follow up and the report they send with all of their findings is very detailed. It includes pictures and their recommendations based on what is critical and recommended. As a B2B service, they have been great and we highly recommend them.
