John is a good guy, very knowledgeable and good at what he does. This is a one man shop, so as long as you're not in a hurry you'll be happy. Attention to detail and job knowledge is unmatched in the area.
Customer service at this shop is above and beyond what anyone could ask for. John is very nice and does an amazing job. Every driveline our shop has taken him comes out looking brand new and is perfect. It is obvious he goes the extra mile and does things the way that they are supposed to be done. No complaints from me and I will continue doing business with him for a long time.
They quoted me 175 to Ballance a drive line and after I dropped it off they called me back and said it was going to be 2500 dollars to fix I took it back and noticed it had a warn yoke so i replaced the yoke and there is no vibration any more. They wanted to replace perfectly good u joints because they were Napa brand instead of spicer (there was nothing wrong with them) . Will never go back.
