I don't know the owner, I dealt with the employee Dakota. I was here for a clunk noise at takeoff. After a week and a 1/2 I was told my truck was fixed, when I arrived to pick up truck Dakota discovers he has lost my key. Says he thinks it is at his house. I return the next morning expecting to get truck. No key, now Dakota has broke into truck and has door panel apart...with out my consent! They kept my vehicle for almost a month and didn’t even touch it. They kept saying they were gonna work on it one day and when I called on those days they never touched it. They would also get irritated for us asking when they could get it in and said “you can take it somewhere else”
They have had my vehicle for a hole month telling me every time I call they will get it in the next couple days only for me to call back 7 times for the same story
Worst experience ever, claimed they road tested my vehicle atleast 30 miles without issue. Odometer had 4 additional miles on it. Within 6miles of picking it up broke down again. Took it to a different shop and was advised that Driveline didnt have access to needed software to even diagnose my particular vehicle. #fraudulant liars.
