They have closed so please be cautious as they likely will open another dealer in a different name, these people are out to make money and will screw others over not caring. Went to our local drive hive today to purchase a car,we were stressed out about some salesman getting us into anything they could to make a sale,but we're pleasantly surprised when they carefully listened to our needs first, than they put together a package that was Taylor made for us !We couldn't have been happier or treated better ! Once you’ve signed the papers. Customer service is out the window. No answer for days now. Texting. Calling the dealership. Nothing. Also my warranty package got cancelled due to lack of payment on their end. Terrible customer service. The car is burning liters of oil a week and no response from them after canceling my warranty and having taken my money.
UPDATED REVIEW: after owning this vehicle for less than 1000kms I’m now on the hook for nearly $5,000 out of pocket in auto repairs that this dealership obviously hid. Pushed the warranty on me and wouldn’t let me finance the vehicle without it, now I know why. Warranty is covering next to nothing. They won’t pay for this bill and won’t help you in the fixing process, even if they did, I wouldn’t trust that they’d do the repairs by the book.
