Bought my son’s first car from Neil and Mel. They were both very helpful, however applied no pressure. The car had a few little bodywork issues that Neil said would be repaired before the car was sold and they were. They even threw in an apple car play so that my son can use maps on his phone without it effecting the black box. Recently purchased a vehicle from Neil at Drive Your Way. Due to the distance the vehicle was purchased unseen. Neil was very helpful, sending photos and videos. Some work needed doing before the sale could complete and regular updates were sent, with more photos and videos showing the progress and final outcome. Neil kindly agreed to deliver the vehicle to us. Well what can I say apart from a massive Thank You to Neil and Mel, looking after me, and coordinating my purchase of my KIA Soul. Been looked after is one thing, but this is Customer Service beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Drive Your Way Brighouse 5 stars from me.
I can’t really begin to say how thankful we are to Neil and Mel at Driveyourway. Neil went above and beyond to help us find the right car.
