I went to look at a RAM at DriveX and got approved for the loan through them. They needed to address a vibration issue (wheel ballance) with the truck before I came to take delivery. They were not reaching out to me with updates on the truck so had to call them every few days. Multiple "We will call you soon with an update", but they didn't call.
