I have been owed my deposit back on a car for well over a month and have had to chase this up multiple times . Account details were asked for weeks ago which I sent straight away . The money has not been received and I have been fobbed off multiple times . The lack of communication from the sales team from the beginning has been disappointing to say the least.
Such a wonderful team!! Friendly service and always there to offer a helping hand!! Credits to Dean Anderson who worked effortlessly to get me a good deal on a hire purchase vehicle!! Never impatient with me, even though I did badger him a lot🤣🤣 overall an amazing experience and would definitely use The Hartlepool Team again! Took away my vehicle today which was in immaculate condition and left as a very happy customer🥰
